Maraš Dukaj is a Montenegrin politician of Albanian descent currently serving as the Minister of Public Administration in the Government of Montenegro. Born in Podgorica, he holds a master's degree in school psychology from the European University in Tirana. Before his ministerial appointment, he worked as a primary school teacher, a journalist and editor for TV Boin, and served as the manager of the Municipality of Tuzi. He is a prominent member of the Albanian Alternative party, where he serves as political director, and is recognized as the first member of the Albanian community in Montenegro to lead the Ministry of Public Administration.
