Marc LaHood is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for the 121st district. A native of San Antonio, Texas, he pursued his higher education at Trinity University, where he earned a bachelor's degree, followed by a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's School of Law. LaHood entered the state legislature after winning the Republican primary in March 2024 and subsequently securing victory in the general election in November 2024. He officially assumed office on January 14, 2025, succeeding Steve Allison.
