Marc Spautz is a Luxembourgish politician serving as the Minister of Labour in the Frieden-Bettel Government since December 2025. A long-standing member of the Christian Social People's Party (CSV), he previously served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 2004 to 2025 and held various ministerial portfolios in the Juncker–Asselborn II Government in 2013. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in local politics, serving as a member of the Schifflange communal council and as an alderman for several terms. He is the son of Jean Spautz, a prominent former politician and President of the Chamber of Deputies.
