Marcin Horała is a Polish politician, lawyer, and political scientist serving as a member of the Sejm for the VIII, IX, and X terms. A graduate of the University of Gdańsk, he previously served as Secretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, where he acted as the government plenipotentiary for the Central Communication Port (CPK). Throughout his career, he has been a long-time local government official in Gdynia and a prominent figure within the Law and Justice party. In 2026, he was appointed to the Council of Parliamentarians by the President of Poland.
