Marco Simiani

Marco Simiani is an Italian politician and entrepreneur who has served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies since October 2022, representing the Tuscany 2 constituency. Before his election to national office, he held various leadership roles within the Democratic Party, including provincial secretary for Grosseto and member of the regional secretariat for Tuscany. Professionally, he worked in the lighting sector and served as an executive for several public transport and mobility companies. Currently, he acts as the group leader for the Democratic Party in the Environment, Territory and Public Works Committee and serves as secretary of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into illicit activities related to the waste cycle, known as the Ecomafie Commission.
