Marcos Pollon is a Brazilian politician, lawyer, and activist currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing Mato Grosso do Sul. Elected in 2022 as the most-voted federal deputy in his state, he is a prominent pro-gun advocate and the founder of the National Association Pro-Arms Movement (AMPA). A close ally of the Bolsonaro family, Pollon identifies as a conservative, pro-life, and pro-gun politician. Before entering politics, he worked as a law professor at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul and founded the Conservative Institute of Mato Grosso do Sul.
