Marcus Knuth is a Danish politician serving as a member of the Folketing. Born in 1976 in Copenhagen, he was first elected to the Danish parliament in 2015 representing the Venstre party. In 2019, he transitioned to the Conservative People's Party. Before his parliamentary career, Knuth worked as a diplomat and soldier, an experience he documented in his 2014 book, 'Soldat og diplomat - mine 3 år i Afghanistan'. He is also the co-author of the 2019 book 'Marcus Knuth - ny mand på Borgen'.
