Maria Katia Savoretti

Maria Katia Savoretti is a Sammarinese politician and bank lawyer serving as a member of the Grand and General Council since 2019 and a member of the Council of Twelve since 2020. Born in the City of San Marino, she graduated in law from the University of Bologna and previously held local executive offices, including mayor of Faetano from 1994 to 1999 and secretary of the Montegiardino Municipal Council. In her parliamentary career, she has represented San Marino in international bodies such as the Council of Europe and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean, where she has focused on policy areas including artificial intelligence regulation.
