Born in 1977 and raised in Darwin, she previously worked as a financial adviser and served as the chair of the business organization Territory Proud. After an unsuccessful run for the seat of Blain in 2016, she was elected to the Legislative Assembly in 2020. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she serves as the Attorney-General of the Northern Territory in the Finocchiaro ministry and has publicly expressed opposition to the Indigenous Voice to Parliament.
