Marie-Lise Housseau is a French politician serving as a Senator for the Tarn department. Before entering national politics, she worked as the director of the Chamber of Agriculture in Albi. In 2020, she was elected mayor of Sorèze and served as the first vice-president of the Lauragais Revel Sorèzois community of communes. She assumed her seat in the French Senate in 2024 following the election of Philippe Bonnecarrère to the National Assembly, subsequently resigning from her executive local government roles while remaining a municipal and community councillor.
