Marie-Pierre Rixain

Marie-Pierre Rixain is a French politician serving as a member of the National Assembly for the 4th constituency of Essonne since 2017. A graduate of the Toulouse Institute of Political Studies, she previously worked as a parliamentary aide and as an independent consultant specializing in health networks and perinatal care. During her tenure in parliament, she chaired the Delegation for Women's Rights and Equal Opportunities and authored the 2021 law aimed at accelerating economic and professional equality between men and women. Her political work focuses heavily on gender equality, parental support, and combating sexual violence.
