Marija Naceva is a North Macedonian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Negotino. She made history in November 2025 by becoming the first woman to be elected to this office, representing the VMRO-DPMNE party. Following her victory in the second round of the 2025 local elections, she officially assumed the mayoral duties on November 11, 2025. In addition to her municipal leadership, she has been active in regional governance, including her appointment as president of the commission monitoring the development of the municipal financing system in 2026.
