Marion Scrymgour is an Australian politician serving as the Member for the federal seat of Lingiari since 2022. A prominent Indigenous leader, she previously served in the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly from 2001 to 2012, where she became the first Indigenous woman to hold a cabinet position and the first to serve as Deputy Chief Minister. Following her tenure in territory politics, she held leadership roles in health and land management organizations. In 2025, she was appointed Special Envoy for Remote Communities in the second Albanese ministry.
