Maris Lauri is an Estonian politician and a member of the Reform Party who currently serves as a member of the Riigikogu. Born in 1966, she has held several high-level government positions, including Minister of Finance from 2014 to 2015, Minister of Education and Research in 2016, and Minister of Justice. Prior to her political career, she worked as a head economist at Swedbank and for the Bank of Estonia, as well as serving as an adviser to the Prime Minister. She was re-elected to the Riigikogu in the 2023 elections representing the Mustamäe and Nõmme districts of Tallinn.
