Mark Allen Hart is an American politician and public servant currently serving as a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives for the 78th district. First elected in 2016, he has consistently won re-election to represent parts of Pendleton, Boone, Campbell, and Kenton counties. Before entering the state legislature, Hart built a career in emergency services and public safety, working as a firefighter, paramedic, and biological science research assistant. He is a veteran of the Kentucky Army National Guard and an Eagle Scout.
