Markus Klien is an Austrian politician and member of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ). Since November 2024, he has served as a member of the Vorarlberg Landtag. In addition to his legislative duties, he has been a member of the Hohenems city council since 2010 and assumed the role of Deputy Mayor of Hohenems in 2025. Prior to his full-time political career, Klien worked as a Director of Global Maintenance Management at ThyssenKrupp Presta AG. He holds a degree in Business Project and Process Management from the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences.
