Martial Saddier

Martial Saddier is a French politician who has served as the President of the Departmental Council of Haute-Savoie since 2021. Previously, he represented the 3rd constituency of Haute-Savoie in the French National Assembly from 2002 to 2021 and served as the Mayor of Bonneville. A member of The Republicans, he has held various roles within the party, including national secretary in charge of industry and SMEs, and has been active in regional politics, notably as a vice-president of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regional council. He was appointed a knight of the Legion of Honour in 2023.
