Martin Kupka is a Czech politician who has served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies since 2017 and has been the leader of the Civic Democratic Party (ODS) since 2026. Previously, he served as the Minister of Transport in the cabinet of Petr Fiala from 2021 to 2025 and as the mayor of Líbeznice from 2010 to 2021. Early in his career, he worked as a government spokesperson and a radio presenter. Throughout his tenure, he has been deeply involved in regional development and infrastructure policy within the Central Bohemian Region.
