Martin Metz

Martin Metz is a German politician and geographer who has served as a member of the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia since 2022. A member of the Alliance 90/The Greens party since 1999, he has held various local political roles, including serving as a city councilor in Sankt Augustin and as a district council member in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis. Professionally, he worked as a coordinator for planning, environment, and transport for the city of Bonn before his election to the state parliament. Metz holds a degree in geography from the University of Bonn.
