Martine Hébert is a Canadian politician, economist, and diplomat currently serving as a Senator for the Victoria Division of Quebec. Appointed to the Senate in February 2025, she is a member of the Independent Senators Group. Prior to her legislative career, she held significant diplomatic roles, including serving as Quebec's Delegate in Chicago from 2019 to 2021 and as Quebec's Delegate General in New York from 2021 to 2024. She also worked as a media economic analyst and as a vice-president at the public relations firm TACT. Hébert holds a bachelor's and master's degree in economics from the Université de Montréal.
