Marzena Machałek is a Polish politician and educator who has served as a member of the Sejm since 2006, representing the Law and Justice party. A graduate of the University of Wrocław, she began her career as a teacher before entering local government, where she served as a city councilor and deputy mayor of Kamienna Góra. Between 2017 and 2023, she held the position of Secretary of State in the Ministry of National Education. Throughout her parliamentary tenure, she has focused on educational policy and regional development in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
