芳野 正英

Masahide Yoshino is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Mie Prefectural Assembly, representing Yokkaichi. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Kyoto University, he previously served as a member of the Yokkaichi City Council. His career includes extensive experience as a public secretary for several members of the House of Representatives, including Katsuya Okada, Masaharu Nakagawa, and Takashi Shinohara. He is affiliated with the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan and is currently in his second term as a prefectural assembly member.
