盛山正仁

Masahito Moriyama is a Japanese politician and former bureaucrat currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives. After a career in the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of the Environment, he entered politics and has held several key positions, including Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Justice. A graduate of the University of Tokyo, Moriyama has focused his legislative work on tourism policy, environmental protection, and infrastructure development. He is a member of the Liberal Democratic Party and has been involved in various policy areas, including constitutional reform and national security, while maintaining a focus on regional development in his home prefecture of Hyogo.
