池上 正美

Masami Ikegami is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly, representing the Moka City constituency. Elected to his first term, he is affiliated with the Kenmin Club parliamentary group. Within the assembly, he contributes to the work of the Life, Health, and Welfare Committee as well as the Assembly Steering Committee.
