竹内正美

Masami Takeuchi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Nagano Prefectural Assembly, representing the Chikuma City and Hanishina District constituency. After graduating from Nagano Commercial High School, she worked in human resources and as a career consultant before establishing her own support office in 2010. She served as a member of the Sakaki Town Board of Education prior to her first election to the prefectural assembly in 2019. Takeuchi focuses on regional development, child-rearing support, and re-employment assistance, aiming to create communities where residents feel a strong sense of belonging.
