Masataka Nishizawa is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Nagano Prefectural Assembly. First elected in 1999 at the age of 27, he became the youngest member in the history of the prefecture at that time. Throughout his career, he has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the 89th Speaker of the Nagano Prefectural Assembly and holding various committee chairmanships.
