西野 弘一

Koichi Nishino is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Osaka Prefectural Assembly. Born in Higashiosaka in 1969, he graduated from Chuo University's Faculty of Law. After working as a secretary to a member of the National Diet, he was elected to the Osaka Prefectural Assembly and later served one term in the House of Representatives. A proponent of 'Reformist Conservatism,' Nishino advocates for administrative and fiscal reforms, deregulation, and the strengthening of national security and diplomatic functions. He is known for his focus on educational reform, including the promotion of private high school tuition-free programs, and his commitment to reducing political and administrative costs.
