Matt Keogh is an Australian politician serving as the Minister for Veterans' Affairs and Minister for Defence Personnel in the Albanese government since 2022. A member of the Australian Labor Party, he has represented the electorate of Burt in the House of Representatives since 2016. Before entering federal politics, Keogh worked as a commercial lawyer and served as president of the Law Society of Western Australia. He is a member of the Labor Right faction and has previously held various shadow ministerial portfolios.
