Mauro González Villarroel

Mauro González Villarroel is a Chilean politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile for the 26th electoral district. Born in Puerto Varas, he holds a degree in legal and social sciences from Gabriela Mistral University and has pursued extensive postgraduate studies in public and administrative law. Before his election to the Chamber of Deputies in 2021, he served as the Regional Secretary of Labour and Social Security and as the Regional Director of Labour for the Los Lagos Region. Additionally, he has held various municipal roles, including legal advisor and director of internal control in the Municipality of Fresia. As a legislator representing the National Renewal party, he focuses on public policy and administrative governance.
