Maximilian Köllner

Maximilian Köllner is an Austrian politician representing the Social Democratic Party (SPÖ). He has served as a Member of the Austrian National Council since 2019 and became the mayor of Illmitz in March 2022. Educated at the University of Vienna with a Master of Arts in Political Science, he previously worked as an advisor to Burgenland Governor Hans Niessl. In addition to his parliamentary and municipal roles, he has held leadership positions within local party branches and regional sports organizations.
