Hubert Fuchs

Hubert Fuchs is an Austrian politician and tax advisor currently serving as a member of the National Council. A member of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ), he previously served as State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Finance from 2017 to 2019. Fuchs holds a doctorate in law from the University of Salzburg and a degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Throughout his career, he has been active in financial policy and defense committees. In early 2025, legal investigations concerning his tenure as State Secretary were formally closed without charges.
