Md. Abdul Bari

Md Abdul Bari is a Bangladeshi politician and former civil servant serving as a Member of the Jatiya Sangsad for the Joypurhat-2 constituency and as the State Minister of Public Administration. Born in February 1955 in Joypurhat District, he completed his higher education at the University of Rajshahi and joined the Bangladesh Civil Service administration cadre. After a distinguished bureaucratic career as a district administrator, divisional commissioner, and government director, he retired and subsequently joined the Bangladesh Nationalist Party, winning election to Parliament in 2026.
