Megan Mitton is a Canadian politician serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick for the district of Memramcook-Tantramar. First elected in 2018, she became the first Green Party MLA in her riding and the first woman elected as a Green MLA in the province's history. Before her provincial service, she was a Sackville Town Councillor. Mitton currently serves as a Deputy Leader of the Green Party of New Brunswick and focuses on policy areas including climate justice, education, and inclusive community development.
