Mehmet Celal Fendoğlu is a Turkish politician and tourism professional currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly representing Malatya for the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP). Born in Doğanşehir, Malatya in 1961, he was elected to parliament in the 2018 and 2023 general elections. He is the nephew of former Malatya Metropolitan Municipality mayor Hamit Fendoğlu.
