Mehmet Karaman is a Turkish politician and educator currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly for Samsun. Born in 1956 in Lâdik, he began his career as a mathematics teacher before entering politics through the National Salvation Party. He held various leadership roles within the Welfare Party and served as the chief of staff and advisor to Necmettin Erbakan. A long-time member of the Felicity Party, he currently serves on its High Advisory Board and represents his constituency in the 28th Parliament.
