Mesut Doğan is a Turkish politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly for Ankara. Born in 1972 in Niksar, Tokat, he graduated from the Technical Education Faculty of Gazi University in 1997. Throughout his political career, he has held various leadership roles within the Felicity Party, including serving as General Secretary since 2019. Doğan has been a long-time associate of former Prime Minister Necmettin Erbakan and has previously run for mayoral positions in Erbaa, Bağcılar, and Ankara. He entered parliament in 2023 as a candidate from the Felicity Party quota on the Republican People's Party (CHP) list.
