Melchias Marcus Mekeng

Melchias Marcus Mekeng is an Indonesian politician who has served as a member of the House of Representatives (DPR-RI) for four consecutive terms since 2004. Representing the East Nusa Tenggara I electoral district, he is a prominent member of the Golkar Party and currently serves on Commission XI, which oversees finance, national development planning, and banking. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles within his party and the legislature, including serving as a member of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR-RI) from 1999 to 2004. His legislative work has focused on fiscal policy and institutional relations, and he has previously held positions as the Deputy General Treasurer of Golkar and the General Treasurer of SOKSI.
