Roger Melingui is a Cameroonian politician and economist serving as a Member of the National Assembly for the Mefou et Afamba constituency in the Centre Region, representing the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (RDPC). Born on January 21, 1951, in Yaoundé, he completed his education at Lycée Général Leclerc, the University of Yaoundé, the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), and ESSEC. A former Minister Delegate for Economic Affairs and Finance in charge of the Budget, he has also led the RDPC parliamentary group in the National Assembly since March 2023.
