
Meri Disoski
Profile
Meri Disoski is an Austrian politician and member of the National Council, representing the Green Party since 2019. Born in Vienna to Macedonian parents, she holds a degree in German and Romance studies from the University of Vienna. Before her parliamentary career, she worked as a journalist, researcher, and office manager for the Vice Mayor of Vienna. As a politician, she focuses on women's rights, gender equality, and integration, notably advocating for reproductive rights and stricter firearm regulations for domestic violence offenders. She currently serves as the chair of the Green Women of Austria.
