김미애

Mi-ae Kim is a South Korean politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the National Assembly for Haeundae-gu, Busan. Born into a humble family in Pohang, she overcame significant personal hardships, including dropping out of high school to work in a textile factory, before later earning a law degree from Dong-A University and passing the bar exam. As a lawyer, she focused on human rights, particularly advocating for women, children, and marginalized groups. Since entering politics, she has been a prominent figure in the People Power Party, emphasizing values of fairness and equality while focusing on welfare and social policy.
