Michał Litwiniuk is a Polish local government official, lawyer, and academic teacher serving as the Mayor of Biała Podlaska since 2018. He began his political career as a city councilor in 2002 and previously served as the Deputy Mayor of the city from 2014 to 2018. An alumnus of the University of Bialystok, he has also worked as an academic lecturer at the State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska. He was re-elected as mayor in 2024, securing a second term in office.
