Michael J. Finn is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 6th Hampden District. A member of the Democratic Party, he was first elected to the state legislature in 2010. Prior to his tenure in the House, Finn served on the West Springfield City Council from 2004 to 2011, including a term as council president. His background also includes service in the Massachusetts Army National Guard from 1991 to 1998. In his legislative capacity, he has held the position of Chairperson for the Joint Committee on Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets.
