Michael Levy, Baron Levy

Michael Levy, Baron Levy is a British life peer and businessman who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 1997. Before entering politics, he was a prominent chartered accountant and a successful music industry executive, having founded Magnet Records. A close associate of former Prime Minister Tony Blair, Lord Levy served as the Labour Party's chief fundraiser and as Blair's personal envoy to the Middle East from 1998 to 2007. He is widely recognized for his extensive philanthropic work, particularly within the British Jewish community, and currently holds various leadership roles in charitable and educational organizations.
