Michalis Hatzigiannis is a prominent Greek Cypriot singer, songwriter, and former government official. Born in Nicosia, he gained international recognition as a musical artist, representing Cyprus in the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest and achieving significant commercial success across Greece and Cyprus. In addition to his extensive music career, he served as the Deputy Minister of Culture for Cyprus from March 1, 2023, to July 11, 2023, under the administration of President Nikos Christodoulides.
