Michele Barcaiuolo is an Italian politician currently serving as a member of the Senate of the Republic. Born in Modena in 1979, he worked as a lawyer before entering national politics. Prior to his election to the Senate in 2022, he served as a municipal councilor in Modena and as a regional councilor for Emilia-Romagna. In the Senate, he is a member of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Commission and serves on the Italian delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. He is affiliated with the Brothers of Italy party.
