Michele Brooks

Michele Brooks is an American politician serving as a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate for the 50th District, a position she has held since 2015. Prior to her tenure in the Senate, she served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 17th District starting in 2006. Her earlier career included service as a Mercer County Commissioner and as a member of the Jamestown Borough Council. Brooks is a graduate of the Anne Anstine Excellence in Public Services Series and has been involved in the Jamestown Future Foundation. In the 2025-2026 legislative session, she serves as the Chair of the Health & Human Services Committee.
