河野 通博

Michihiro Kawano is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Miyazaki Prefectural Assembly. He was elected to the assembly representing the Kushima City constituency in September 2025 after running unopposed in a by-election. Prior to his current role in the prefectural assembly, Kawano served as a member of the Kushima City Council and has been active in local politics since at least 2017, including service as a member of the Nichinan City Council. His legislative focus includes addressing regional population decline and improving essential local services through the development of information and communication infrastructure.
