Miguel Márquez Márquez is a Mexican politician and member of the National Action Party (PAN). He currently serves as a Senator of the Republic for the state of Guanajuato, having assumed office in September 2024. Previously, he served as the Governor of Guanajuato from 2012 to 2018 and as the Municipal President of Purísima del Rincón from 2001 to 2003. Throughout his career, he has held various administrative roles, including Secretary of Social and Human Development and Secretary of Public Management in the state government.
