Miguel Ángel Navarro Quintero

Miguel Ángel Navarro Quintero is a Mexican physician and politician currently serving as the Governor of Nayarit. A graduate of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, he began his career as a surgeon and hospital administrator before entering politics. Over his long career, he has served as a federal deputy in the Chamber of Deputies and as a senator for the state of Nayarit. Throughout his political journey, he has been affiliated with several parties, including the PRI, PRD, and PAN, before joining the National Regeneration Movement (Morena), under which he was elected governor in 2021.
