Mika Muroya is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly, representing the city of Kasuga. First elected in April 2023, she serves on the Committee on Education and acts as the vice-chair of the Special Committee on Renewable Energy. Prior to her political career, she worked as a broadcast announcer and news anchor. As a mother of two, she focuses her policy efforts on child-rearing support, school lunch safety, educational access for students with school refusal, and the enhancement of elderly welfare and disaster prevention measures.
